Research on application of artificial intelligence technology in administrative innovation smart management system

The traditional school information management is complex, time-consuming and labor-consuming, which can not meet the requirements of the current information age. This paper proposes an information management system for colleges and universities. The system fully considers various daily business needs of colleges and universities, designs functional modules according to each business line, uses spring security framework to ensure the security of the system, and uses mybtaisplus framework based on MySQL to ensure flexible data operation, Layui framework and JSON are used for front-end page construction and front-end and back-end data transmission respectively to realize simple modular development and flexible and efficient data exchange. The application results show that the system can not only realize management informatization and automation, but also ensure the security and scalability of the system, which greatly improves the efficiency of information management in Colleges and universities.
