A python module to access text file content while filtering out commented lines

It is customary to comment text formatted file with lines starting by # (for example).Consequently, it maybe useful to be able to read a file in python while filtering out commented lines.This module provides one function that wraps around a file iterator, allowing the file to be read as a regular one, but with the commented lines filtered out.
