Agile software development is a novel strategy that employs agile approaches to create a flexible architecture that can adapt to changing needs and resulting in a repetitive-gradual design of the agile software development process. In this chapter, the notion of agile software development, its benefits, objectives, factors which influences agile software development and its function has been discussed. Thereafter, we will discuss the distributed agile development teams, their benefits and common practices done by agile teams. With the whole software development process, scrum meetings play an important role in the whole development cycle. It helps developers to organize the whole process efficiently and as a result reduces the overall time. Therefore, the whole scrum process has also been discussed. Today, more than ever before and often without noticing us, technology touches every part of our lives. It defines the current trend and rules of future development and principles in the making of complex software, with the subject of an improvement of the agile software development process by using new practices and attainment into the system as they develop.
