Management and mission planning over a swarm of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) remains to date as a challenging research trend in what regards to this particular type of aircrafts.Mathematically the problem of coordinating and assigning tasks to a swarm of UAV can be modeled as a constraint satisfaction problem, and the cooperative search-track mission is a dynamic constrained Multi-objective Optimization Problems (DCMOPs).The objective functions and constraints are time-dependent and changing number. Unfortunately, most existing dynamic handling techniques can hardly be adapted to this type of dynamics. When solving dynamic constrained multiobjective optimization problems, an important issue is how to balance convergence, diversity, and feasibility simultaneously. In this paper, we report our attempt toward tackling the DCMOPs with a time-dependent and changing number objectives and constraints. We implement a dynamic two archives evolutionary with self-adaptive penalty algorithm which maintains two co-evolving populations simultaneously.
