Hasan Farag Sultan, Mohammad Natiq Fadhil · 2022
Modern world is full of devices, and sensors, including smartphones, computers, air conditioning devices, intelligent cars, surveillance systems, cameras, smart homes, and others such devices are ruled and controlled using protocols. This research paper is a comprehensive survey of those protocols that deal with wireless sensor networks, since their inception and until the end of 2020. The pros and cons of each are mentioned in more than one article and scientific research in this field. The research also refers to the scientific background of sensors and their design, besides their protocols.
