Relativity Theory, Quantum Theory and the Goedel Theorem

Two simple equations are given and we show their validity and consistency. Using model theory we apply central concepts of general relativity theory and the first law of the thermodynamics about energy conservation to that system. We then use Goedel Theorem to obtain new mathematical truth by transcending the original system and establish a new paradigm.
