The paper analyzes the frequency range of Wi-Fi in relation to a load of various devices and devices. Spectrograms of real signals of the digital range are given, proving the impossibility of detecting, recognizing, and localizing random signals, which may be signals of covert information acquisition.A brief analysis of modern means of secretly obtaining information, which can be used as devices for getting information over a Wi-Fi network, is made.An improved method of searching for digital means of covertly obtaining information in the Wi-Fi range is proposed, which allows, in addition to classical search methods, to additionally analyze the MAC addresses of the means. Methodological recommendations have been developed for the creation of a modern software and hardware complex for the analysis of the search for means of secretly obtaining information that works under the cover of Wi-Fi radio networks.Real spectrograms are given and real-time modulation of definition, recognition, and localization of covert information acquisition operating in the Wi-Fi range is carried out. The obtained results (theoretical and graphical) fully confirm the operational capability of the developed improved method of searching for means of covert information acquisition operating in the digital range.
