This paper focuses on the problem of enabling fast digital signal processing by using the Discrete Fourier Transform on micro controllers operating within terminal equipment for IoT remote control. In order to increase the speed of this transformation, the use of cloud or other external computer resources, is proposed. To protect against unauthorized access to signals transferred to such systems, an encryption method based on linear mixing of samples of a signals group, is proposed. The technology of such encryption and decryption of the obtained signal spectrum components is described in detail. It has been theoretically and experimentally proven that the proposed method provides sufficient guarantee for most practical applications that it is impossible to reconstruct real signals from data transmitted from the cloud.
