Due to the development of various IT technologies, the limitations of the existing prevention and investment-oriented information protection system are being discussed a lot. With the security technology-centered protection measures method based on the intrusion pattern known in advance, there is a limit to maintaining the continuity of the organization's work in the event of damage caused by intelligent and advanced cyberattacks. In reality, assuming the possibility of security incidents, there is a need for the ability to how quickly attacks and accidents can be detected and responded to in accident and disaster situations.Accordingly, research institutes such as government-funded need to introduce a new paradigm that incorporates the concept of resilience into IT operations and information security management system operations. In this paper, we would like to present the application method of cyber resilience based on ISO management system certification to the research institutes such as governmentfunded.
