What Can the Government Do to Revitalize Food Delivery?

Delivering quality food promptly and in a culturally-appropriate fashion to those experiencing food insecurity is one of the important unsolved challenges faced by local governments. The main focus and stated goal of this short paper is to suggest two market-based approaches that local governments can adopt in order to enhance the quality of food delivery to meet the needs of citizens experiencing food insecurity.
