(Abstract)sing cloud computing for education is arising in this era, because of the advantages and characteristics of cloud computing itself. Many studies show how cloud computing can be adapted to many fields of life such education, trading, training, and so on. The research on cloud computing is about the concept, cloud computing model, users' acceptance of the cloud, energy consumption, security, cost, and so on. This study discussed how to use cloud computing's advantages and characteristics can help in achieving 21stcentury learning skills and to understand its environment will help to improve education quality. As a result of this study, we propose a framework and mechanism for cloud education that can improve education quality.
