In response to a series of problems existing in shield tunnels, an intelligent shield tunnel construction system based on ductility theory is constructed. By taking advantage of the ductility characteristics of materials and structures in conjunction with information technology like computers, a series of measures such as ductility design, intelligent perception, intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent assembly are adopted to make the materials in the tunnel structure intelligently perceivable, the structure accurately monitored, the data twinned in real time, the information efficiently managed, the manufacturing automatically manipulated, the process fully perceived, the model dynamically adjusted and the tube pieces intelligently assembled, so as to finally realize Intelligent construction of shield tunnels for ductile cities.
