The development of technologies such as the Internet of Things that enable various devices to be connected to a network has led to the emergence of a new type of cyber-attack risk, silent cyber risks. Such risks are difficult to recognize, and it is difficult to implement security measures in advance other than purchasing cyber insurance. We propose using a state transition diagram to proactively implement measures against silent cyber risks. In this paper, we newly present an extended visualization model based on a state transition diagram that takes into account not only cyber risks but also non-cyber risks such as physical and psychological risks. Its effectiveness was qualitatively clarified on the basis of case studies.
