This first table shows the total number of the files extant today ( ) compared to the original number of files ( ) from the primary record books in detail for each fond and each record book, confirming a total loss of almost percent.It shows the ratio of the current number of files to the original number of files -i.e., the decrease (less .%) and, in cases of recombined record books or incoming new files, the increase (over .%).A record book with zero existing files means that this is in fact a primary record book which either has been pooled with another record book and hence does not exist anymore, or which was destroyed.
