Replication Package for 'Self-Admitted Library Migrations in Java, JavaScript, and Python Packaging Ecosystems: A Comparative Study'

This is the replication package for our SANER 2023 paper Self-Admitted Library Migrations in Java, JavaScript, and Python Packaging Ecosystems: A Comparative Study. It can be used to replicate all four research questions in the paper using our preprocessed and manually labeled data. Please refer to this GitHub repository (https://github.com/guhaiqiao/SALMC) or the git repository archive (git_repo.zip) in this package for detailed documentation about how to use this replication package. It consists of the following files: migration_dataset.zip: This file contains migration datasets used in this paper, including the migration commits and mapping between python library names and import names git_repo.zip: A git repository archive for the notebooks and datasets we used for this paper. We hope the provided scripts and dataset can be used to facilitate further research.
