The previous intelligent decoupler uses the Fourier algorithm to calculate the effective value of the fundamental component of the fault signal and determine whether its effective value is greater than the trigger threshold to determine the working state of the intelligent decoupler. Fourier algorithm, although with high accuracy but can not respond in a short period of time, seriously reducing the efficiency of the intelligent decoupler. When the circuit has a significant fluctuation, is challenging to do in time to trip, which will cause great losses. So this paper proposes the use of a wavelet algorithm and half-wave Fourier algorithm combination method, the signal for noise reduction at the same time, but also can relatively reduce the action response time of the decoupler, the optimization of the decoupler algorithm.
