Keyword analysis as a means of identifying dominant topics in news discourse

This article is devoted to the identification of dominant topics in English online news discourse in 2022 based on the analysis of keywords and their collocations. A corpus-driven methodology is employed to extract keywords in the virtual corpus of English news articles of 2022 created within the NOW corpus. #LancsBox tools are used to build collocation (association) networks of the keywords.
