In year 2023 of information era, computers also need to read. In this paper, computer processing methodology of RST made X-Band radar systems is explained in terms of “See” the environment and “Read”, “Understand”, and “Show” the environment to users. Seeing requires computer system to own or use data from a sensor such as radar or camera. Reading requires the radar to process using an alphabet such as wavelets. Understanding is performed by formal concept analysis autonomously by semantic learning, similar to deep learning. Output is shown in 3D graphic engines and the radar displays of 2023 now require 4K TV.
