Supply chain management is extremely importantin today's environment. The modern supply chain mustevolve to meet new demands and challenges. Consumerdemands, additional market channels, internationalproblems and other factors will lead to significant challengesin supply chain network. However, some components of thesupply chain are opaque, limiting agility and decisionmaking. Millions of dollars are lost due to poor data quality. The lack of governance rules and transparency raises thedanger. As a result, consumer's trust and loyalty aredependent on sustainable sourcing and traceability. Ourproject proposes a microservice based data managementsystem for optimizing the supply chain management in anefficient way. The major goal is to store data in the mostefficient and cost-effective way possible so that productionand maintenance costs are kept low. The proposed researchwork has utilized seven major domains, which are developedby using microservice based approach and Java Springframework with Mongo Atlas as its database. MicrosoftAzure is used as a cloud service to deploy the APIs and userinterface through GIT actions. Different testing andmonitoring strategies are performed to keep the app up andrunning under extreme conditions. Design patterns and bestpractises are followed during the development.
