The rapid development of mobile Internet technology provides reliable basic conditions for the construction of flood control mobile applications. Aiming at the problem that the current flood control related systems rely on fixed network and office environment and can not meet the query needs of mobile terminals anytime and anywhere, a flood disaster early warning system based on wechat enterprise is designed and implemented, It enables the flood control related personnel certified by the system personnel to obtain safe and reliable real-time water and rain conditions, inundated area risk, disaster early warning, flood avoidance transfer and resettlement and other information in real time, effectively improves the intelligent level of early warning information transmission, and provides technical support for implementing the relocation responsibility in the beach area, popularizing the relocation plan, and guiding the relocation rescue in real time. The system has a certain reference value for the construction of mobile office platform of other related businesses.
