In this paper, we propose the Revan-Nirmala index of a graph. Considering the Revan- Nirmala index, we propose the Revan-Nirmala exponential of a graph. We compute the Revan- Nirmala index and Revan Nirmala exponential of chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine and remdesivir.
