Electric Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as real-time monitoring, control, and cyber security, are widely used to promote transformations in electric power and energy systems, and Time Slotted Channel Hopping (TSCH) technology can be implemented in electric IoT to provide a more efficient and reliable network. This paper integrates TSCH into electric IoT applications with different data priorities, and proposes a channel assignment algorithm that protects the delivery rate of packets with higher priorities. The importance of links are first weighted by the accumulated weights of all packets passing through this link, and an interference conflict graph is then constructed based on the co-channel interference analysis. Finally, a maximum weight independent set-based method is proposed to iteratively assign links to the proper channels. Experimental results show that our proposed method can improve the stability of electric IoT network that use TSCH.
