Research on Intelligent Early warning Strategy based on Rule engine

With the extensive application of underground cables in urban construction, cable damage accidents caused by external forces occur frequently. This paper introduces several common warning methods of cable breaking, and points out the advantages and limitations of each warning method. Based on the existing methods, this paper proposes a set of intelligent early warning strategy based on rule engine, aiming to achieve all-round real-time monitoring, control the damage behavior in advance, change the passive “supervision” to the active “monitoring”, improve the operation ability of power grid, and reduce the occurrence of cable breaking accident.
