This paper proposes physically unclonable function (PUF) which is based on tweakable cryptography MANTIS. The proposed PUF utilizes signal glitch which is caused by deference of signal propagation delay. The tweak updating can be operated with lower computational cost than the secret key updating while keeping security performance. Experiments using FPGAs evaluate not only implementation performance as PUF's feasibility, but also its tamper resistance against illegal attack.
