Analysis of Network Anomalies in a Certain Module

During the batch production and batch commissioning of a module, it was found that the four Ethernet interfaces of the module had network failure and lost MAC addresses. After analysis, it was found that the reason for the abnormal operation of the card was that the state information related to the PHY enable of the card was rewritten in the efuse content. A mechanistic analysis of the problem was carried out and a solution was proposed to effectively solve the problem. The analysis in this paper enriches the research on the configuration of NICs and provides theoretical support and basis for better use in the future.
