Continuous Integration (CI) is a methodology for testing and validating the status of a code-base on a regular basis. Integration with version control is the best way to go. Continued Delivery/Deployment (CD) is a mechanism for de-ploying artefacts on a frequent basis, allowing the CI phase to verify deployment confidence. Continuous integration and continuous Deliver/Deployment are similar vectors with the same amplitude but opposite directions. For any software development environment, the goal of CI CD is to make code development and delivery faster and more reliable. CI CD can prepare and monitor a release to production automatically, eliminating manual duties and increasing developer productivity. Quality will not be compromised in the long run because standards and governance may be implemented on a common infrastructure. Everything in a CI-CD pipeline is designed to run concurrently while some software repeatedly are being produced, tested, and prepared for deployment. Many well-known CI CD utilities are available. CI software solutions are used by teams to automate elements of the application development process. When selecting the best CI technology for your projects, there are a few considerations to bear in mind.
