Cloud computing is the distribution of computer services via the Internet ("the cloud"), including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence that provide faster innovation, adaptable resources, and scale economies, Security, resource allocation, and resource provisioning are the three main difficulties in cloud computing. The paper is resource provisioning. Overprovisioning these resources raises costs for cloud users and providers; under provisioning these resources lengthen application response times and may also breach service level agreements (SLAs), which may eventually cost cloud providers clients and revenue. The various machine learning algorithms that are most suited for resource provisioning while taking CPU utilization statistics into consideration are thoroughly surveyed in this research.
