The object of research is the neuron network with the special switcher structure. The subject of research is the neuron network application in information coding and data transfer systems. The tools used for research are artificial intelligence methods and neuron networks. The artificial neuron network must be trained previously. The goal is to reduce time of the neuron network training and expenses on the neuron network design. The new way of information coding on base of the artificial neural networks was developed. Application fields are the data transfer systems used the radio channels, mobile communications, telecommunications.
