IoT or the Internet of Things provide significant developments for access in a device's communication system with other interconnected devices in an internet connection and application. However, its implementation in Smart Home can still be said to be less effective or less secure. Because of its weakness to the implementation system itself, allowing other unwanted people to access the Smart Home through the application that connects all the IoT in the Smart Home that already have been created before. So that it has become a debate with the high and rapidly development of IoT devices and automatic systems in everyday life that are advancing in a fast pace, there will always be more ways to make Smart Homes and a way to access them both legally and illegally. Security can still be doubted with technological developments in the security aspect. Since the technology that the attackers also got an improvement too, there is always a way and a chance for someone to attack the system itself that has being used in Smart Home of the users. Which will allow the hackers to access the house with a touch of the screen of the cellphone or through a computer. This research reviewed the current issues related to privacy, security, and even challenges that occurred during the implementation of Smart Home. We will use the systematic literature review method to provide data regarding the research and answer the research questions before concluding the result. The result of this paper is a proposed solution to safely implement IoT in Smart Home optimally and a deeper explanation of the challenges that still exist when implementing it.
