The development and implementation of algorithms for solving the inverse problem of electrocardiography are aimed at increasing the sensitivity and reliability of electrocardiographic diagnosis of heart diseases at an early stage. This work is devoted to the study of an algebraic algorithm for the reconstruction of simple and double layers of current sources on the surface of the quasi-epicardium by signals of a multielectrode ECG system. The study was carried out using simulation modeling of autowave processes in the myocardium based on cellular automata. The calculation of the electric field of the heart on the surface of the chest at discrete times of a single cardiocycle was carried out and the signals of a multielectrode ECG system were generated. In this case, a spherical model of the surface of the quasi-epicardium and the surface of the chest in the form of an elliptical cylinder were used. With the help of simulated signals, the possibility of applying an algebraic algorithm to high-frequency low-amplitude components of ECG signals is investigated. Recommendations are formulated for choosing the regularization parameter of the algebraic algorithm at different time intervals of the cardiocycle, as well as restrictions on the noise level in ECG signals to obtain acceptable reconstruction results.
