The Presence of a Remote Participant Seen from Multiple Directions

Our study aims to improve the presence of a remote participant in communications. We examined how display methods affect the presence of a remote participant with some communication tasks. As a result, a method using a hologram pyramid enhanced the presence more than the others regardless of the tasks.
