Data generated in the internet of vehicles (IoVs) system is always considered to improve the driving performance of vehicle manufacturers. Aiming at the issues of security privacy and low willingness of users involved in the data sharing of IoVs, the paper proposes an IoVs information sharing scheme with double-chains parallelizing, combining asymmetric encryption technology and smart contract in blockchain. There are two chains in this novel scheme, one is data to be uploaded chain includes vehicles' data and the other is uploading data chain includes the requests of users. The scheme is secure and voluntary circulation by the automatic execution of smart contracts and this scheme can motivate vehicle users to become information production nodes and share high-quality and highly reliable IoVs information for other users in the region.
