IoT-enabled medical devices are being quickly embraced by management platforms for pandemics like COVID-19. IoMT is also known as the application of the core principles, instruments, techniques, and concepts of the best internet strategy, particularly for the healthcare and medical industries. But a lightweight end-to-end mutual substantiate system based on ECC addresses the protocol’s security issues while also simplifying it in general. Therefore, even though doing so may increase expenses and result in detection mistakes, a new architecture is necessary that facilitates data transmission without compromising its integrity. When there are more sensors and devices and more energy is required to process them, a more efficient algorithm can be utilized to reduce power usage.
