Stitched image based on a real-time video conversion technique

Mosaic video reconstruction is a technique of assembling a video cut into frames to provide a panoramic view of a captured scene. The resulting image of this technique provides a compact representation of the entire video. In this paper we propose a technique for creating image mosaics-based video scene. This technique will be used for real-time compression of videos into mosaic images.
