The problem of attribute revocation exists in attribute encryption schemes, and with attribute revocation, user permissions will change accordingly. Aiming at the problem of user permissions and shared data verification caused by various attribute changes. This paper proposes a CPABE scheme with real-time user permissions. This scheme controls the user attribute capability by setting independent parameters for each attribute and changes the user authority at a time when the user attribute changes. When setting the attribute private key, set the identity key for the user to prevent the user from retaining the previous decryption authority after the user attribute is changed. In addition, combined with the blockchain technology, the user's operations will be recorded and permanently stored on the blockchain, and the hash values of the plaintext and ciphertext of the data in the same period are also uploaded to the blockchain for data integrity verification. Finally, according to the security analysis and scheme comparison, it is shown that this scheme not only realizes the real-time change of user permissions but also has certain advantages in improving computing efficiency and reducing communication overhead.
