In this review paper to analysis the problem of vanishing gradient in CIFAR-10 andCIFAR-100 dataset. Image classification and clustering are important aspect of machine learning and deep learning processing[14]. In our novel approach to reduce the vanishing gradient problem deals with convolutional neural network and improved deep neural cascade learning. This technique is used to improve the image classification and reduce the space complexity ,storage space(memory),time requirement.
