WRAPCOLS and WRAPROWS: Giving Some Direction to the Data
Abbott Ira Katz · Apress eBooks · 2022
Spreadsheet lists can get long. Remember that an Excel worksheet places over one million rows of potential records at your disposal; and while your data-management needs will likely never push that envelope, your pint-sized laptop screen may not be able to portray the list in its entirety – even if it only runs to 50 records. And if you run out of onscreen room for the list but want to see as much of it as possible you may want, for presentational purposes, to redistribute the data into columns, in the plural. You can’t see 300 rows of data at one time, but if you repackage all of them into 15 columns of 20 records each, you probably could.
