“Internet of things” (IoT) is a recently developed technology refers to the interconnection of different apparatus, sensors, devices, actuators, and computers. IoT technology is used in different application including healthcare, industries, educational institutes, power plants and homes to interconnect the machineries and appliances and control them remotely via internet. IoT uses four layers model for communication. Different protocols and technologies are used at different layers. IoT may uses wireless sensors, Radio frequency IDs, Wi-Fi modules, Bluetooth. Because of very large number of devices connected in IoT, the cloud is used to store data of these devices. Use of the data clouds, large number of interconnected devices and the Wi-Fi technology has made IoT vulnerable to different security attacks. In this chapter we have worked to present a review of all known security attacks on the IoT network. The security requirements of different types of attacks are also discussed.
