This is a review paper on Salesforce to compare it with leading technologies such as AWS.To give some basic analysis on the subject and to inspect it further.Salesforce is cloud computing technology in the IT trade that is out there on a cloud, no need to install any software package moreover as no hardware is needed.Salesforce.com (SFDC) is surely the best on-demand CRM, that runs on the force.complatform, moreover as CRM is a model accustomed to manage organizational interactions like phone calls, Emails, conferences, and Social media with customers and additional prospects penetrating to Sales, promoting, and Support.During this paper, we tend to discuss regarding Introduction to Cloud Computing, Service models in Cloud Computing, forms of Cloud Computing, design of Cloud Computing and Introduction to MVC moreover as SFDC MVC, additional discussion regarding the introduction to Salesforce, SOQL, and its comparison operators and ultimately covering Force.comIDE and CRM.The aim of this paper is to indicate principally the importance of Salesforce.com which is surely a software system big that manages to relinquish the client simply to use moreover as a very effective CRM resolution.
