This report provide an overview of the Certification scheme for online education performers (lecturers, administrators, students) & Center operation (IO1) developed within the framework of the EuTeachPaaS project. This IO has established the assessment and operational framework for the EU-TeachPaaS Certification Centers in higher education and has developed the guidelines with specific reference to the three main target groups that can apply for such certifications: academic lecturers, university administrators and students.
