The emergence of voice controllable systems (VCS) has found a profound impact on our daily lives and has accelerated the implementation of smart homes. Speaker verification is an authentication of a claimed identity using the voice signal. Entry control to limited locations, access to privileged information, cash transfer, credit card validation, voice banking, and other transactions can all benefit from speaker verification. VCS is affected by mimicry attack where an automatic speech recognizer (ASR) is fooled and bypass the security system To overcome this problem, a system that authenticates the speaker based on the voice commands and facial recognition has been proposed. The combination of speaker verification with facial recognition results in higher success rate.
