Improved Precision Rate in a Hybrid based Framework for College Recommendation System using Novel Content based Filtering over Keyword Map Algorithm

To recommend the best colleges for students based on novel content-based filtering and keyword map algorithms. Classification is performed by content-based filtering (N=10) over keyword map algorithm (N=10). Sample size is analysed using GPowerby using pretest power as 0.9 and alpha 0.05. Mean accuracy of content-based filtering (83.96%) is high compared to keyword map algorithm (78.51%). Significance value for accuracy and loss is 0.355 (p>0.05). The mean accuracy of the college recommendation system in content-based filtering is better than keyword map algorithm.
