Improved Solution of Topology Concealment Problem in Computing Network Reliability

This paper proposes an improved method to solve the topology concealment problem in the secret computation to be used in computing network reliability. The key idea is to add dummy links with reliabilities of zeros and ones, while the existing method adds only dummy links with reliabilities of ones. Our proposal realizes stronger security than the existing method without increasing the number of dummy links. A numerical test shows the effectiveness of our proposal.
