This project makes sure that biomedical research that examines drug-target interactions requires a major time, financial, and material investment. In order to save time, money, and better meet the needs of the present generation, machine learning techniques have been applied to the prediction of drug-target interactions. Due to the abundance of drug and target data that is readily available in existing databases, the advancement and innovation of computer technologies, and the inherent properties of various types of machine learning, machine learning techniques have emerged as the unofficial method for conducting drug-target interaction prediction research.In this paper, the features of each method are compared, along with the details of the machine learning applications in drug-target interaction prediction, and the issues that still need to be resolved and further explored for future research are covered.
