Evolutionary intelligence (EI) is popular in their field because it helps researchers and scientists improve their work. These techniques also perform admirably when applied to diagnosing medical conditions and creating new medications. This chapter provides an overview of the various EI methods and algorithms currently employed in the healthcare and medical fields for disease diagnosis. It examines the fundamental structure and components of evolutionary algorithms (EAs), the various types of EAs, how they are utilized, and the reasons why they are significant to the healthcare field. Several components comprise the design of an EA, including representation, parent selection, crossover operators, mutation operators, survival selection, and termination conditions. Healthcare-related web searches tend to be comprehensive and in-depth. Using clinical tests as a foundation for making decisions in the field of medicine is a smart move.
