The study on usage of table functions instead of basic operators inside encryption algorithm

In this paper we study the possibilities and advantages of replacing basic operators such as XOR into more complex table functions inside encryption algorithm. We define the E# and RTGE# operators instead of XOR in simplified form and test these functions as a replacement inside of symmetric model based on Feistel network. The DES algorithm has been chosen for the test. The results show the increase in the complexity while retaining all of security properties for encrypted messages.
