JavaScript is a text-based, interpreted programming or scripting language that enables us to add advanced functionality to any web page. JavaScript is incredibly lightweight and is mostly used for scripting web pages. It is also used to build web applications that interact with the client without reloading the page every time. The majority of dynamic websites you encounter on the internet employ at least some JavaScript. JavaScript is used whenever a website displays timely content updates, interactive maps, 2D or 3D graphics, a scrolling movie, or even a simple button that does something when you click on it. DOM gives us programmatic access to a tree, which we may utilize to change the structure of the tree further. Changing the structure of the tree always entails changing the document&s;s inherent behavior. The Document Object Model (DOM) is used to manipulate a page and change its behavior. The impact that JavaScript has on the web is unmatched.
