In this paper, making use of method in [2], [6], [9], we obtainedcharacterizations of a curve with respect to the Frenet frame of the threedimensional Lorentz-Heisenberg space H. We prove that all of the non-geodesicnon-null timelike biharmonic curves in Hare helices
