A DSD implementation in FLAG

A multidimensional (2D RZ, 2D Cartesian, 3D Cartesian) parallel solution of the detonation shock dynamics (DSD) equations (with boundary conditions) has been implemented on the native, arbitrary unstructured mesh in the FLAG code.This implementation, though still a work in progress, is discussed.Verification of this implementation is ongoing.
