Smart healthcare and telemedicine systems are network-operated systems. Being a network dependent and network-operated systems, quality of service and safety are some major concern for related to these systems. High availability, High communication Speed, low latency and attack tolerance power is some of the desirable services and safety measurement of these systems. In this chapter, we have described desirable quality of service (QoS) and safety feature in smart healthcare and telemedicine system.
